Michael possesses a strong technical background in the areas of site layout and site planning, due diligence studies, zoning and regulatory compliance, site grading, stormwater management, utility design, site lighting analyses, specification writing and construction observation. Michael provides a hands-on approach to projects large and small, acting both as project manager and principal designer.
